Remembering The Battle Of The Brandywine At Chadds Ford Days This Weekend

Relive the historic Battle of the Brandywine this weekend at Chadds Ford Days. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat­urday and Sunday, the Sept. 11, 1777, battle will be commemorated by a variety of activities, including re-en­actors, Colonial exhibits, lectures, arts and crafts by local artisans, live music and food.

Author and lecturer Gene Pisasale will sign copies of his books, which focus on Chester County and regional history. All activities are at 1736 N. Creek Road in Chadds Ford, Pa.
