Meet Delaware's Public Advocate David L. Bonar At Tonight's CLNCC Monthly Meeting Set For 7PM At Prices Corner

Guest speaker for tonight's September monthly meeting of the Civic League for New Castle County is Delaware's Public Advocate, David L. Bonar.
The CLNCC meets tonight at 7PM at the Cranston Heights Fire Company on the Kirkwood Highway, Prices Corner (next to Sears) in the Fire Chiefs' 2nd Floor Meeting Room. Access to the meeting room is at the back of the Fire House, away from Kirkwood Hwy.

The role of the Public Advocate is to advocate for the lowest reasonable rates for utility consumers, consistent with an equitable distribution of rates and the maintenance of reliable utility service.

The Public Advocate represents the interests of investor-owned utility consumers in any matter or proceeding before the Delaware Public Service Commission (PSC) involving rates, services or practices of public utilities regulated by the PSC. The Public Advocate also represents the interests of utility consumers before the courts of this State, federal courts and federal administrative and regulatory agencies and commissions.
