Join us on July 15 as The News Journal Media Group holds its 7th Annual Golf Tournament at the White Clay Country Club to raise money for the Newspaper in Education program.

The NIE program provides the Electronic-Edition of The News Journal and other Gannett newspapers FREE to area educators and schools for classroom activities. The program also provides digital educational materials for all grades, ability levels and subject areas.

Win $500 cash at the NIE Golf Classic helicopter golf ball drop!

How it works: We'll drop 300 golf balls from a helicopter. The golf ball that falls closest to the pin will win $500 in cash. Purchase your ball(s) from Shirley Roane, the NIE Manager before the event at (302) 324-2502.
