Dr. Umar Johnson Author of Psycho-Academic Holocaust- The special education and ADHD against black boys

FREE public education conference will provide workshops regarding special education the educational progress of black students. In addition the keynote speaker, Dr. Umar Johnson will discuss the proliferation of ADHD. Partners include; Parent Information Center & Associate Professor from the University of Delaware. Pre-registration required.
