Subject: Calling All Communities Notice - October 7th Meeting Announcement - CVS-Whitemans Garage Presentation

A joint monthly meeting of the Greater White Clay Area Civic League (GWCACL) and the Pike Creek Valley Civic League (PCVCL)  is slated for 7PM October 7th at the Independence School of Delaware (parking in the back) 1300 Paper Mill Road, Newark.

GWCACL members will share the information gathered to date regarding CVS-Whiteman’s Garage. 

I had a very interesting meeting yesterday with a representative from New Castle County Community Governing and from the Law Department to discuss, in general, Deed Restrictions: Public and Private. I learned a lot.

And I can't wait to hear what GWCACL has to say about their findings on Monday night.
